Reception Desk
The reception desk is a particularly important feature of the space. The desk should be designed to accommodate the needs of the receptionist and both ambulant and disabled visitors. It is important that the size of the desk is appropriate to the scale of the space. To ensure flexibility a modular system will be used to allow the desk to be easily increased or reduced in size. Typically the reception desk should be finished in maple veneer with stainless steel fixings and details. All wiring should be carefullyh placed out of sight and a clear desk policy should be adhered to.
Reception Seating
The reception chair has a high back
with black polypropylene armrests and
casters. The upholstery is a black/graphic
colour to contrast with the feature wall.
