BT Global Services is an open dynamic, customer focused and creative business. Its new working environments support the way staff work, allow a choice of where to work and encourage interaction between staff and customers.

The purpose of this design guide is to set standards that will be applied across Global’s worldwide estate. Some of the standards will be common to all regions others can be varied to suit local conditions and procurement with the agreement of the Workplace and Environment Project Manager. Theintention is to create working environments which are identifiably BT Global while allowing expression of local values and culture.

Where specific product and colour references are given they are to be used, where generic descriptions of products are given, any products can be sourced locally that comply with the description.
