

Due to the nature of this type of meeting it is necessary that it is conducted in a suitable space. Conference calls within the main office area can be extremely disturbing to neighbouring desks it is therefore important that these areas are acoustically treated to avoid this. Conference calls can also be impromptu and therefore these rooms or booths need to be located close to the main allocated workstation space for ease of access
It is recommended that these spaces are cellular and consist of at least 2 comfortable meeting chairs and small round table and a telephone with conferencing facilities. These rooms should also have connections for laptop use.
